What exactly is Bestry?+
Bestry turns your jewelry into a virtual try-on store you can share as a single link. Your customers open the link on their phone, see your earrings on their own face using the camera, swipe through your collection, and message you on WhatsApp to buy. No app to install for you or them.
Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. The try-on runs right in the phone's web browser (Chrome, Safari, Instagram's in-app browser, etc.). They tap your link, allow the camera once, and start trying on. Nothing to install, no account to create.
How do I actually receive orders?+
When a customer finds a piece they love, they tap 'Ask about this' and it opens a WhatsApp chat to you, pre-filled with the product name. You close the sale exactly the way you do today — price, payment, and delivery all stay between you and your customer. Bestry never sits in the middle of your orders.
Do you take a commission on my sales?+
Never. Bestry is a flat monthly subscription (with a free tier to start). Every rupee of every sale is 100% yours. We don't process your payments and we don't take a cut.
Which products can customers try on?+
Live camera try-on is available for earrings and chains today. You can still list rings, bangles and other items — customers see a large, zoomable product photo and can message you to buy. Ring and bangle try-on is next on our roadmap.
I don't have professional product photos. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. When you upload a photo we automatically clean up the background. If you'd like polished, try-on-ready images, Bestry Studio does it for you from ₹149 per image (₹99 each for 25+). You can even ship us the jewelry and we photograph it. See the Docs for a photo guide.
How long until my store is live?+
Minutes. Sign in with Google, name your boutique, and you get your link immediately. Each product you add is quickly reviewed by our team (to keep image quality high) and then goes live on your link automatically.
What does it cost?+
The Free plan lets you list up to 15 products with your try-on link and WhatsApp orders. The Boutique plan (₹499/month, launch offer) unlocks unlimited products, your own logo, colours and storefront theme, a branded subdomain, and try-on analytics. Pro adds daily trend charts and week-over-week comparisons, a customer list of everyone who's opted in on WhatsApp (exportable as a CSV), and dedicated WhatsApp support. Can I use my own branding?+
Yes. On paid plans your storefront, app icon and try-on carry your boutique's own logo and colours instead of Bestry's. A small 'Powered by Bestry' credit stays on the free plan, and every photo a customer shares carries a discreet Bestry mark either way.
Is my customers' camera data safe?+
Yes. The face tracking runs entirely on the customer's own device — the camera video never leaves their phone and is never uploaded to Bestry or anyone else. A photo is only ever created if the customer chooses to capture and share one.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can downgrade to the free plan or cancel whenever you like and keep your store link.
